Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days after the order is received, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with the tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Delivery support

If you have not received your order within 15 days of receiving the shipping confirmation, contact hello@rocketkids.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Delivery timelines can vary due to the destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
