1. By placing the order, you agree to our return policy. 
2. We will send a replacement in case of a damaged product or wrong product delivery if the claim is initiated within 24 hours of the delivery.
3. To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and with all of its content in its original condition.

5. Once your request is approved, we will ship the new product to you in 3-5 working days.
6. Stationery items included in the product such as marker pens, watercolor pens, etc do not come under warranty or replacement.
7. No refund will be processed for items on sale.
